Accommodations:
Gulfstream Academy operates dormitory style apartments for unaccompanied candidates in close proximity to the Academy. The apartments are furnished and come equipped with refrigerators, air conditioning, high speed internet and cable TV. Students are required to provide bedding, towels, and dishware. Accompanied candidates should plan to procure their own housing in the local area. Rooms are offered to all First Officer students on a space available basis, determined by date of receipt of the $250 room security deposit. Students interested in on-campus housing must contact the Residence Manager or the Program Administrator. Only after you have received written confirmation of availability will your accommodations be secured.

Accommodations - Monthly
Single Room - $599 

Double Room (double occupancy) - $399 Per Person 

Meals:
Students should budget for monthly food expenses including meals and groceries. Each apartment is equipped with a community kitchen available for use by each student. There are numerous local grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes located within the surrounding area, some within walking distance.
